§1: These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Bodyvation I/S, including personal training, dietary guidance, training programs, coaching, mentoring, and similar services.

§2: By ordering any service, the buyer agrees to pay in a timely manner according to the issued invoice or equivalent payment method.

§3: By making a payment for any service, the buyer waives the right of withdrawal, and thus any agreed-upon service becomes binding.

§4: There will be no refunds for services that have already commenced. If the buyer regrets a purchase, the purchase is non-refundable, and Bodyvation I/S cannot be held responsible for any form of reimbursement.

§5: The use of any material, including dietary guidance, training guidance, personal training, coaching services, and similar ancillary services, is always at the buyer’s own risk.

In case of any injuries or health issues arising during or as a result of the guidance, it is the buyer’s responsibility, and Bodyvation I/S cannot be held liable for any health consequences resulting from the program. It is always the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they are in a physical condition that allows for strict dietary and training programs.

§6: It is the buyer’s responsibility to consult a physician prior to any training and/or dietary program. During the initial screening, the buyer must honestly inform about any health challenges, including food allergies, intolerances, and more serious medical conditions that may complicate the program. Examples include eating disorders, diabetes, various gastrointestinal diseases, and similar conditions.

§7: If the buyer is aware of any untreated and uncontrolled medical conditions that may complicate the program, Bodyvation I/S will not undertake any degree of program with the buyer.

§8: Delivery time for any service is generally agreed upon. If not otherwise specified, a delivery time of 3-5 business days is expected for goods and services that need to be custom-made for the consumer, including dietary and training programs.

The delivery time starts from the initial consultation. In special cases, longer delivery times may occur. In such cases, the buyer will be informed during the initial consultation.

Efforts will always be made to deliver services as quickly as possible, and unless otherwise agreed, the above can be considered as the delivery deadline. Personal training sessions are delivered at a specified agreed-upon time and have a longer delivery time, as the service is provided in real-time according to the agreed schedule.

§8.1: Special circumstances include illness, busy schedules, vacations, and similar unforeseen events that may affect the delivery deadline. If illness occurs during a delivery deadline, the buyer will be informed, and an extended delivery deadline will be calculated based on the duration of the illness.

§9: In case of unforeseen interruptions from the buyer’s side during a program, the duration of the program will not be extended unless agreed upon in writing. This includes situations such as illness, vacations, and other events that may interrupt the program wholly or partially. It is therefore the buyer’s responsibility to be able to complete and fulfill the obligations required as part of the program.

§10: As a general rule, transactions are not made with individuals under 18 years of age. In such cases, a parent’s/guardian’s acceptance of these terms and conditions is required, and the parents/guardian assume full responsibility for the buyer’s physical condition during and after the program. A written acceptance is required in any such case.

§11: If the buyer fails to attend or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the services will be considered delivered and cannot be rescheduled or postponed to another date.

§12: In case of

cancellations less than 48 hours before the agreed date and time, Bodyvation I/S reserves the right to consider the appointment fulfilled, if it is a recurring event.

§13: Sharing and/or distribution of materials is not permitted. Actions that violate licensing rights will result in legal action. The dietary and/or training plans are personal. Copying and further unauthorized distribution beyond personal use is prohibited. The buyer is responsible for not sharing the dietary and/or training plans with other users.

§14: If there are repeated significant deviations from the dietary and/or training plans, Bodyvation I/S cannot be held liable for lack of results or adjustments in programs, and “UNLIMITED COACHING” will be forfeited. If Bodyvation I/S assesses the client’s attendance and effort during personal training sessions as insufficient, Bodyvation I/S is released from responsibility to continue the program without the possibility of cancellation or refund of goods from the buyer’s side.

§15: There is an ongoing monthly + 1-month notice period for the program. For example, if the client terminates the program in January, the duration of the program will be until the last day of February.

§16: By ordering and paying for one or more services offered by Bodyvation I/S, the buyer accepts the above terms and conditions and cannot make objections to them at any time.
